Knowledge, Skills & Experience required
• 5+ years of experience in the IT Industry with up-to-date knowledge of latest technologies
• Solid programming experience in PL/SQL, SQL Server, Web and App servers
• Good level of problem solving and analytical skills
• Good communication skills and able to work with various teams
Job Description
• Analyze and maintain assigned systems in accordance with bank's requirements and in line with policies and procedures
• Investigate and resolve system related queries and problems within SLA/cutoff times
• Timely resolution of problems, which are varied and often unique in nature, is required to maintain high availability of systems with minimum impact on customer service and financial loss due to system issues
• Supporting below systems as application support/SME
o DDS
o FTS
o ICCS
o WPS
o SWIFT
o IPI
o AML
