Job Description

Looking for Male Restaurant Operations Manager (Arabic and Russian speaker is mandatory) for a contract basis. Contract for 6 months from 01.10.2019 – 30.04.2020 can be extended for 2 years contract, depend of candidate.  Responsibility:  • recruiting, training and supervising staff • ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines • ensuring all company standards and guidelines of operations and services • reaching financial targets  • setting standards and targets for staff, control of reaching  • overseeing stock levels, ordering supplies for operations part • producing and control staff rotes • handling customer enquiries and complaints • greeting and advising customers • preparing and presenting staffing/sales reports • assessing and improving profitability • handling administration and paperwork • making improvements to the running of the business and developing the restaurant.   Requirement: Minimum 30 years old Arabic and Russian language is mandatory Experience no less than 3 years in Operations Manager (family style (casual fast-food) restaurants with a large cross, food corner etc)
