Job vacancy for an Architect!

Funtastic Engineering Consultancy are actively seeking a creative, highly talented Architect for employment on their Mirkaaz Mall project in Ajman

Job description:

• Perform basic architectural design / engineering calculations.

• Preparing, reviewing, and approving drawings as required.

• Coordinate technical and administrative activities with employees in other disciplines within the project team

• Review of Mall building contractors materials submittal

• Carry out inspection of ongoing and completed Mall building contractors site works

• Supervision of Mall Tenant contractors during the fit out process

Minimum Requirements

 Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or other related field required

 Minimum 5 years relevant UAE experience in architectural design and supervisio

 Strong PC skills with knowledge of AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3D Max and MS office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

 Hold a valid UAE driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications

 Experience in Mall design / construction, including supervision of interior design shop fit out works preferred
