Urgent Role: Indian Receptionist/ Front Office Assistant

Looking for a receptionist for a temporary position in October 2019 - February 2020. Joining asap. 

Salary - AED 4500 - 5000

Location: JLT

Key Duties:

• Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.

• Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring check-in.

• Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

• Maintaining & Ordering Pantry & Stationery 

• Handling Courier & Deliveries

• Manage booking schedule for all meeting rooms, communicating changes where necessary.

• Tend to meetings offering refreshments (arranging snacks/food if required)

• Research and Organize team events

• Assist Office Manager & Finance with HR & Accounting duties

• Any other duties associated with the post as deemed necessary and as assigned by the Management

Skills and Qualifications:

• High School Diploma

• Minimum 2-3 years’ work experience

• Good telephone etiquette & Excellent communication skills.

• Proficient in MS Office.

• Must be fluent in English (excellent in writing)

• Should be able to work with minimum supervision and willing to work under pressure.
