• Diploma / Associate degree in Human Resources
• Minimum 1-3 years’ hands-on experience in Human Resources
• Assisting in all HR day to day operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Handling GOSI tasks (enrollments/cancellations/monthly reports).
• Ensuring updating employees files.
• Scheduling and organizing interviews and reference checks on potential candidates.
• Helping with all HR processes and procedures like on boarding, performance review, training, maintaining and updating the database.
• Performing other related duties as required.
