1. IT Support - Level 1
· Customer support operations online or face‐to‐face.
· Bachelor's degree or three years diploma in computer science or engineering.
· Two or more years of experience with providing customer service with certifications such as ITIL Foundation.

2. IT Support - Level 2
· Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering.
· Professional Certification: CCNP, MCSE, ITIL Foundation.
· Six or more years of experience in monitoring and operating IT infrastructure in medium or large institutions with over 300 employees.

3. Audiovisual Support Staff
· Bachelor's degree or three years diploma in electronics & communication engineering or relevant field, required.
· Four or more years of experience in setting up, configuring and operating systems for events, meetings and experience in electrical wiring, control system design and programming, live streaming.
